The keyboard is divided into three main groups:
* The Function Keys
* The Navigation Keys
* The Editing Keys
The Function Keys
The function keys provide command level control of farVIEW. These
keys can also be used in conjunction with the Control, Shift and
Alternate keys.
The Navigation Keys
These keys are used to navigate within a single frame.
The navigation keys that provide vertical control (i.e., vertical
scrolling and paging) are active at all times, whether the editor
is active or not. Other navigation keys are active only when the
editor is active.
Note that the edit cursor is only visible when the editor is
active. When the edit cursor is not visible, the effect of a
navigation key is to change the position of the window over the
text.
The Editing Keys
The alphabetic, numeric and special character keys are active
only when the editor is active. They are used normally as text.
